I would have voted for the redfish as the saltwater rep.
FC, I could go for that. They sure can fight. If based on sheer numbers, catfish might have the edge. Taste-wise... Idano, I love fish so much, it'd be hard to choose. I used to LOVE sheepshead... been many years since I had any. I'm thinking a fishing trip is in my near future.
