The yellow dust is starting to fall here, and even our dogs are sneezing. Although, I've heard that pine pollen dust is too big to really cause a problem like sneezing. Another urban legend maybe?

Valown, pine pollen's chemical composistion makes it less likely to cause sneezing. Plus, it's heavy and falls straight down, so people aren't as likely to breathe it in. There's probably some other culprit sneezilating your dogs.
