Sophie's bloomers

Here are a few of the flowers blooming in my yard right now.

Blue Butterfly Bush
(Clerodendrum ugandense)
AKA Blue Glorybower

Lantana spp.
(Don't worry, I keep them contained)

I can't remember what this one is...
a salvia, I think.

Bat-faced cuphea (Cuphea llavea)
[still trying to do this one justice
click here for some great pics]

I finally had to load these one at a time. Being on dial-up, loading several at a time is bad enough. I'll try to load the rest next time. 8-}

I love your bloomers! Great photos, thanks for taking the time (!) to post them!

We have Mexican petunias all over the place, lantana (loaded with butterflies!), and a red flower I don't know the name of.

Peggy, even though lantana is considered by many a noxious weed - and apparently listed as a Category I invasive species - you can't find too many better butterfly magnets. If you need plants ID'ed gardenweb has a 'name that plant' forum that usually produces quick results.
