I'm determined to slow down this weekend.

Steve, you have a great eye! So sorry about the delay in giving credit. On the plus side, I'm usually pretty good about learning from my mistakes. 8-}SophieMaehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09396958301555933308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35354768.post-52122695927144187572008-04-17T15:26:00.000-04:002008-04-17T15:26:00.000-04:00That is a beautiful snake. The markings are beautiful! I'm pretty sure I originally miscast the little guy because he didn't do the mouth display. I'm sure I've seen pics of baby cottonmouths doing that. Seems like he was in an odd place for a water-lover, as well. Thanks ever so for reminding me I need to slow down. 8-]SophieMaehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09396958301555933308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35354768.post-19653866696727545952008-04-16T13:02:00.000-04:002008-04-16T13:02:00.000-04:00I think....that may actually be a baby water mocca...I think....that may actually be a baby water moccasin. Pygmies tend to have spots or blotches instead of bars like the snake in your pictures. Of course, there are always anomalies. Excellent pictures by the way.valownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00533024553364484653noreply@blogger.com
